Key Responsibilities Pick and pack orders efficiently to meet daily targets and maintain high accuracy standards. Scan and label packages to ensure correct tracking and delivery. Sort shipments by pin codes to streamline dispatch and delivery processes. Load and unload vehicles safely, adhering to company safety SOPs. Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain stock accuracy and report discrepancies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station to promote a safe and efficient environment. Follow safety protocols strictly to prevent workplace accidents and ensure compliance. Achieve daily operational targets to support overall warehouse productivity and customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For Required: Male candidates aged 18 to 35 years. Minimum education: 10th / PUC pass. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures. Ability to work rotational shifts (day/night) with a 6-day workweek and 1 weekly off. Possession of essential documents: PAN, Aadhaar, and Bank Account. Preferred: Experience working with e-commerce or delivery companies such as Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, or Swiggy. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Good physical stamina for loading/unloading and manual handling tasks. Willingness to learn and grow within the logistics industry.
