Full-Time Steward Job in Nyarukurazo, Southern Province, Rwanda

Mugisha Emmanuel is hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Steward in Nyarukurazo, Southern Province, Rwanda. This full-time position is crucial for maintaining cleanliness and organization in our facilities, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all dining and kitchen areas.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly.
• Organize and maintain storage areas for kitchen supplies.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for events.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and dining staff to ensure timely service.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations in all daily activities.
• Report any maintenance or cleanliness issues to the supervisor as needed.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and take instruction from supervision.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service.

As a Steward, you will report directly to the Kitchen Manager and collaborate closely with other stewards and kitchen staff. We foster strong interdepartmental relationships to ensure seamless operations and excellent service delivery.
