We are hiring. OPEN POSITION: Store Assistant.

Store Assistant (male only).

Job Overview:
- Employment Type: 3-Month Project-Based Contract
- Salary: 695/day for ALL LOCATIONS (including provincial stores)

Locations Available:
- Greenbelt 5 Makati
- The Podium (Mandaluyong)
- Uptown Mall / SM Aura (Taguig) - roving
- SM City Clark (Angeles) / SM City Pampanga - roving
- Abreeza Mall (Davao city)

Key Responsibilities:
- Store Maintenance & Security: Maintain overall store cleanliness, assist with minor fix-ups/repairs, oversee package counter check-ins, and help ensure store security.
- Inventory & Stocking: Receive and promptly display delivered stocks, ensure shelves remain neat and full, conduct inventory counts, and monitor product expiration/damage to minimize shrinkage.
- Customer Support: Assist customers with product inquiries, direct shoppers to advisors, assist with bagging, and help carry purchases to vehicles when needed.
- Operational Duties: Follow company SOPs for operational tasks (including store opening/closing procedures and cash deposits when assigned) and promote brand standards at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: At least a High School Graduate or College Level.
- Experience: Relevant experience in a retail store or warehouse setting is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Basic math skills, good organizational and record-keeping abilities, and proficiency in both English and Tagalog (written & verbal). Basic warehousing, inventory control, or minor repair skills (electrical/plumbing) are a strong plus.
- Physical & Personal Standards:
+ Physically fit—able to stand for long hours, bend, reach, climb ladders, and lift heavy objects.
