Responsibilities
- Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards.
- Keep the store stocked and clean, and build strong relationships with guests and communities.
- Hire, train, develop, and supervise new team members following the Casey's Way.
- Coach and mentor your team, and model and coach Casey's CARES values: commitment, authenticity, respect, evolving, and service.
- Manage the labor budget and staffing needs for regular hours, special events, and high-traffic times.
- Prepare, post, and communicate schedules on time using the scheduling system.
- Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
- Complete daily bookwork and operational tasks.
