Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Store Supervisor to oversee operations across multiple retail locations in Puebla. This full-time role requires managing administrative tasks and leading store personnel to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities in more than two stores within Puebla.
• Manage administrative operations including scheduling, inventory control, and reporting.
• Lead, motivate, and manage store staff to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail supervision or management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle administrative duties effectively.
• Fluent in Spanish; knowledge of English is a plus.
