As a Fraud Analyst, you'll be on the front lines of protecting businesses and consumers by investigating and analyzing high-risk e-commerce transactions. Your expertise will be key to delivering exceptional digital experiences across industries, ensuring the security and trust that drive success in today's fast-paced online world. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Identify and prevent fraudulent transactions, powering exceptional client resultsWork well with a team of industry experts to monitor real-time fraud decisioning softwareIndependently resolve problems that require in-depth investigation and/or researchConstantly communicate fraud trends and share best practices with peers and leadersPerform a thorough analysis of queued transactions to assess the likelihood of fraud and approve or reject them accordingly.Maintain professional persistence when reviewing transactions or speaking with customers.Prioritize work to meet and exceed deadlines and performance goalsReport platform issues as they arise and proactively identify potential impacts to clientsEnsure Accertify's customers succeed by delivering results daily.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree requiredStrong desire to build a career in the fraud prevention industryPrevious e-commerce fraud prevention, investigation, or similar experience preferred but not requiredPrevious knowledge of the e-commerce industry and Card Not Present (CNP) environment or similar experience is preferred, but not requiredPrior knowledge of airlines, retail, ticketing, banking experience, or similar experience is preferred but not requiredFine-tuned organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills are strongly desiredExceptional problem-solving skillsDisplays confidence in making decisions quickly and independentlyMust be able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentStrong internet research skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems at onceDemonstrated experience and/or strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteMust have flexibility to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, including non-business hours, weekends, and holidaysBilingual Proficiency in Spanish & English

Additional Details

Location:  On-site at the Accertify Office in Mexico CityFlexibility to work a schedule starting as early as 6 a.m. CST (end 2 p.m. CST) or as late as 2 p.m. CST (end 10 p.m. CST); this will include one weekend day shift, which could change depending on client needs.The position's training will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for three months, all onsite in the office. Following this training, schedules will be determined based on client needs.For the first 3 months, each workday will be entirely onsite in the office, with the position becoming hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days work-from-home) after the 3-month point. Accertify reserves the right to convert any positions to fully in-office in the future. Additional work-from-office days may be required throughout the year based on client/department needs.PTO blackout periods are from Holly Week (March-April), Hot Sale week (May), Summer Break (July-Aug), Buen Fin Week (November), Winter Break (December) through the end of the calendar year. No time off requests are allowed during these periods.
