Structural Welder

Tasks

• Structural welding using MIG, Flux Core, and/or Metal Core processes
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
• Fit, assemble, and weld structural steel components
• Work with heavy-gauge steel, plate, and large fabricated assemblies
• Measure, cut, position, and align materials to specs
• Inspect completed welds for quality and structural integrity

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of welding experience for select positions
• Experience with MIG and/or Flux Core welding
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols preferred
• Structural steel fabrication or heavy industrial welding experience is a plus
• Fitting and layout experience may qualify you for higher-paying roles
• Must be able to pass a hands-on welding test

Schedule

• 1st & 2nd Shift opportunities available
• Full-Time

Pay

• $21.00–$27.00+/hr based on experience and position
