Benchmark Medical Staffing and Careers LLC is seeking a compassionate, organized Student Enrollment Specialist in Dallas, Texas. This part-time, on-site role supports prospective students exploring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Phlebotomy Technician, and Patient Care Technician (PCT) training programs.
About the role
Help students understand their program options, navigate enrollment, and take the next step toward a healthcare career. You will work with a supportive team focused on student success and community health. Performance is measured by enrollment targets, student satisfaction, and relationship-building with prospective students.
Key responsibilities
- Answer prospective students’ questions about programs and enrollment procedures.
- Provide personalized guidance throughout the enrollment process and help students address barriers to entry.
- Lead informational sessions and orientations covering program details, requirements, and career opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollment activity.
- Coordinate with program staff to improve enrollment processes and respond to student needs.
- Follow up with prospective students and encourage enrollment.
- Represent the programs at community outreach events.
Required and preferred qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Compassion and empathy when assisting prospective students.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Customer service or education-related experience preferred.
