Study Moderator

Tasks

• Welcome participants and guide them through video study sessions.
• Ensure recordings, follow project guidelines and upload collected data.
• Have participants complete a survey at the end of each session.
• Represent the TELUS AI brand professionally.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience using iOS and macOS devices.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills, including app launches and data uploads.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management.
• Ability to work well with participants and collaborate with a team.
• Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: Experience conducting in-person research sessions.
• Preferred: Familiarity with video and audio recording.
• Preferred: Experience tracking progress and preparing reports.

Schedule

• Full-time, temporary, 89 days, with potential to convert to a regular full-time role on day 90
• Flexible availability for assigned shifts, Monday through Sunday
• Start Date: ASAP

Pay

• $33/hour
