Superintendent Construction Job in Dandridge, TN

This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead diverse construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards that positively impact the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily construction activities to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
• Manage site operations including scheduling, resource allocation, and enforcing safety compliance.
• Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders to update project status and resolve issues.
• Inspect work to ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate construction teams to foster a collaborative and productive environment.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project progress, costs, and schedules.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for all employees.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven leadership experience managing construction teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with construction software and tools.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a superintendent or in a similar role preferred.
