Superintendent

Leeds Professional Resources is working with a client that is looking for a Traveling Superintendent. The Traveling Superintendent is responsible for overseeing plumbing construction projects exceeding $7.5 million in value. This individual will lead crews of 20+ across various job sites, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. As a front-line representative of the company, the Superintendent will manage project schedules, coordinate with clients and trade partners, and drive each project to successful completion.Supervise all plumbing installation and repair work including water, sanitary sewer, and storm systems. Manage large crews including Foremen, Plumbers, Apprentices, Laborers, and Subcontractors. Lead weekly and daily project planning, goal setting, and scheduling (including 4-week look-ahead). Serve as the Competent Person on-site, ensuring OSHA, company, and client safety policies are followed. Conduct daily Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), safety walks, toolbox talks, and PPE inspections. Complete all required safety documentation and reports in a timely manner. 10+ years of plumbing experience with at least 5 years in a supervisory/foreman capacity. Ability to oversee multimillion-dollar commercial and industrial plumbing projects. Knowledge of a wide range of plumbing systems and materials. Strong organizational, scheduling, and communication skills. OSHA 30 (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
