Job description
MAGARTV - DIRECTV is hiring an experienced Telecommunications Field Sales Supervisor in Machala, El Oro, Ecuador. This full-time, on-site role leads field sales representatives, grows the customer portfolio, and drives product positioning and sales performance across assigned routes.
Responsibilities
- Lead, accompany, and motivate the assigned sales team in the field.
- Position telecommunications products strategically along assigned routes.
- Track performance indicators and follow up on team results.
