Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Atoms is building Physical AI: real-world robots for industries including food, mining, and transport. The company integrates hardware, software, AI, operations, manufacturing, and real estate, deploying systems in real environments and improving them until they work at scale.

Support the Head of Supply Chain in building the operating system needed to scale from early retrofit builds to thousands of human-driven AV data-collection vehicles and, eventually, large-scale driverless L4 fleet deployment. The role owns day-to-day execution across procurement, logistics, inventory control, VIN-specific kitting, supplier coordination, and part-level traceability.

The core mission is to ensure every retrofit vehicle has the right hardware in the right place on time, with tracking from supplier PO through lot number, serial number, VIN, installer, calibration result, and warranty/RMA history. This traceability model is central to the operating plan.
