About the role
Shelwin House, a 24-hour shelter for women and children fleeing Interpersonal Violence
Requirements
- Some knowledge/training of the dynamics of family violence
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Valid Saskatchewan driver's license
- Ability to work shift work (Days, Evenings & Nights)
- Ability to do light housekeeping duties
Schedule
- Casual
- Shifts can be Day, Evening or Night shifts
- Shifts can be call-ins to fill regular shifts scheduled by Full- and Part-time staff
- Shifts can be scheduled ahead of time or on short notice to cover shifts
- Casual staff may be called in as extra staff during busy periods
- Casual hours vary week to week; there may be no hours one week, or several shifts available the next
- Casual employees can become Part-time or Full-time employees
