Support Worker

Tasks

• Provide individual or group assistance to individuals with varying abilities, as scheduled and in accordance with the Personal Program Plan and/or Comprehensive Behavior Support Plan, in a variety of settings including in facility, community-based settings or home settings.
• We provide support in the following areas: life skill development, job skill development, vocational, recreational and leisure activities.
• Provide skill development including life skills, social skills, and work readiness to prepare clients for community opportunities.
• Provide job coaching (on the job training) for clients during volunteer and /or work experience opportunities, which include evenings and weekends.
