Support Worker

Support workers needed to help us integrate our patients into supported living placements and their own homes. Experience in mental health band 3 support, supporting people rehabilitating into the community, ensuring security of reintegration, working with goals and objectives, attending MDT meetings, reviewing care plans, working with the IROC framework, supporting with appointments, budgets, and life skills. Regular commitment of at least 2 days a week (1 weekend). Support with training including a paid course of at least one day, possibly more if needed. Training topics include personality disorder/complex trauma, trauma-informed care, boundaries, motivation, de-escalation, suicide prevention, distress tolerance, emotional first aid, mental health first aid, managing self-harm.
