About the role
Age UK Isle of Wight is looking for Support Workers to help older people remain independent and comfortable in their own homes. Recruitment is across the Island.
Hours: Minimum 10 hours a week, with flexible hours Monday to Friday. No evenings or weekends.
Responsibilities
- General housework and light gardening.
- Outings and transport.
- Meal preparation and shopping.
- Companionship.
- Help with administration and paperwork.
There is no personal care or medication involved.
Requirements
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle during your working hours.
