Sustainability Engineer (Oil & Gas)

We are seeking a dedicated Sustainability Engineer to join our team in Spring, TX, USA. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sustainability initiatives that align with company goals and regulatory requirements. Conduct ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting to communicate sustainability performance to stakeholders. Monitor and analyze regulatory environments to ensure compliance with environmental laws and standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in sustainability practices throughout operations. Assist in conducting environmental impact assessments and risk analyses for ongoing projects. Prepare and present findings and recommendations to management, driving informed decision-making. Support training and awareness programs to promote sustainability culture within the organization. Required and Preferred Qualifications Associate's Degree in Environmental Technology or a related field. Strong understanding of ESG reporting frameworks and sustainability initiatives. Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to environmental standards in the oil and gas industry. Proficiency in relevant software such as sustainability reporting tools, data analysis software, and project management platforms. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sustainability or environmental engineering roles.
