Minimum 2 years’ swimming teaching experience. Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification. Responsible for delivering safe, engaging and high-quality swimming lessons, helping swimmers develop confidence, technique and skills. Teaching people of all ages, including safety and supervision. Demonstrating skills repeatedly, building confidence, and ensuring water safety.
