Swine Health and Farm Operations Manager

Tasks

• oversee swine health, implement biosecurity measures, and ensure efficient farm operations

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field.
• Must have at least 7–8 years of experience in swine farm operations, including prior experience in a managerial or supervisory position.
• Must be willing to reside within the farm premises in Argao or Pinamungajan, Cebu.
• Must possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to effectively address operational challenges.
• Must have above-average written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear and effective coordination with management and farm personnel.

Schedule

• 26 working days followed by 4 consecutive days off
• Full-time
