System Analyst IT Service Delivery People Organization

Purpose of Job:The System Analyst supports system functionality, analyzes complex business and technical scenarios, and helps ensure accurate processing of People, time, absence, benefits, and pay related data. The System Analyst bridges the gap between business operations and technical teams by translating People process needs into system-driven insights and sustainable solutions.
Key Responsabilities:Analyze and troubleshoot Workday system issues related to Absence, Benefits, Time Tracking, and related processes.Investigate system behavior related to eligibility, accruals, pay rules, business processes, integrations, and data outputs.Analyze and troubleshoot Workday system issues related to Absence, Benefits, Time Tracking, and related processes.Investigate system behavior related to eligibility, accruals, pay rules, business processes, integrations, and data outputs.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Human Resources Technology, or related discipline.
Experience:Minimum of 3–5 years of experience supporting HRIS, Workday, Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, Benefits, Absence, or related People systems.Experience troubleshooting system issues, data discrepancies, and integrations.Exposure to payroll processes, time calculation logic, absence rules, benefits administration, or country-specific compliance requirements preferred.
Technical Skills:Strong understanding of Workday or similar HRIS/Workforce Management systemsExperience with data analysis, reporting, and large data set validation (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
