Descripción del empleo

Are you an experienced technology professional passionate about designing complex infrastructure solutions and shaping the future of hybrid cloud environments?
We are looking for a Systems Solutions Architect to lead the design of secure, resilient, scalable, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions across Microsoft Azure and enterprise datacenter environments.
In this senior technical role, you will translate complex business and technical requirements into practical architecture solutions, working closely with customers, business leaders, cybersecurity, operations, engineering teams, and other stakeholders throughout the entire solution lifecycle—from discovery and assessment to design, migration, implementation, operational transition, and continuous optimization.
What You’ll Do
Lead the architecture and design of secure, resilient, scalable, and cost-effective Azure, datacenter, and hybrid-cloud infrastructure solutions.Conduct technical discovery, current-state assessments, dependency analysis, capacity reviews, and infrastructure readiness evaluations.Develop target-state architectures, migration strategies, modernization roadmaps, high- and low-level designs, technical diagrams, standards, and implementation guidance.Design and optimize Azure landing zones, governance models, network topologies, identity integrations, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.Design and modernize enterprise datacenter platforms, including compute, virtualization, storage, networking, identity, clustering, backup, and operational management.Evaluate workload placement and recommend migration or modernization strategies based on security, performance, compliance, recoverability, supportability, and total cost of ownership.Provide technical leadership throughout implementation, migration, testing, cutover, stabilization, and transition to operations.Review and validate infrastructure designs, engineering plans, configurations, and technical deliverables while identifying architectural risks, dependencies, constraints, and technical debt.Partner with cybersecurity, networking, operations, service management, vendors, customers, and business stakeholders to ensure secure, supportable, and operationally ready solutions.Develop cost estimates, sizing models, bills of materials, licensing assumptions, and optimization recommendations.Present architecture recommendations, trade-offs, risks, and investment requirements to customers, business leaders, and technical governance forums.Establish reusable architecture patterns, technical standards, reference designs, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives while mentoring engineers and serving as an escalation point for complex infrastructure challenges.
