Quality Technician
At Stay in Tamarindo, we believe exceptional guest experiences begin with exceptional quality.We are looking for a Quality Technician who is passionate about details, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. In this role, you will help ensure that every property consistently meets our quality standards by conducting inspections, supporting housekeeping excellence, tracking performance metrics, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
What you'll do
Conduct property inspections and pre-arrival quality checks.Perform quality audits across Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Guest Services.Document findings and support corrective action follow-up.Track quality KPIs and prepare reports to support operational decisions.Deliver technical housekeeping training and reinforce quality standards.Collaborate with different departments to improve processes and guest satisfaction.
We're looking for someone who has
2–4 years of experience in Quality Control, Hospitality Operations, Property Inspections, or a related field.Hands-on Housekeeping experience with strong knowledge of cleaning standards and best practices.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Experience working with spreadsheets and reporting tools.A valid driver's license and willingness to travel between properties.English and Spanish proficiency is preferred.
