Tasks

• Gather, analyze, and document reporting requirements to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
• Translate business logic into scalable data models, optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and robust data extracts.
• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic Tableau dashboards, KPI trackers, and executive-level scorecards.
• Conduct data validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to automate reporting workflows and optimize performance.
• Maintain clear technical documentation, dashboard specifications, and data definitions.

Requirements

• Experience :- 8 to 10+ Years
• Strong expertise in SQL Query Development (complex joins, stored procedures, query optimization, data extracts).
• Advanced Tableau Dashboard Design & Development (calculated fields, LOD expressions, interactive storytelling).
• Solid foundation in Data Visualization best practices and business requirement analysis.
• Practical understanding of Data Modeling and ETL workflows.
• Strong focus on Data Validation, QA, and root cause analysis.
• Excellent Stakeholder Communication and cross-functional collaboration.
