A BRIGHTER FUTURE. 1st SHIFT 8 OPENINGS 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Flexible Hours) Open to Weekends 2nd SHIFT 8 OPENINGS 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (Flexible Hours) Open to Weekends JOB DUTIES INCLUDE: Perform tack welds on aluminum cable ladder components Align, fit, and position materials Read and follow work instructions and assembly drawings Inspect parts for proper fit and quality Use measuring tools (tape measure, squares) Operate hand tools and fabrication equipment Maintain a clean and safe work area Assist with other production duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Previous welding, manufacturing, construction, or fabrication experience is a plus Basic knowledge of welding principles preferred (not required) Ability to use hand tools and measuring devices Strong attention to detail Dependable attendance and positive attitude Willingness to work 2nd shift in the future as a plus Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to stand for extended periods Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds Lift up to 50 pounds Work in a fast-paced environment REQUIRED PPE: Steel-toe boots Safety glasses Welding helmet and gloves Hearing protection and respirator TEMP-TO-HIRE OPPORTUNITY TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES OVERTIME WHEN AVAILABLE CAREER GROWTH POTENTIAL APPLY IN PERSON: Lyneer Staffing Solutions 10701 Corporate Dr., Suite 154 Stafford, TX 77477 EMAIL:
