This is a learning opportunity designed to help you gain practical exposure and real-world experience in Talent Acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates
- Post job openings on various platforms
- Review resumes and shortlisting candidates
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate database and update Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Support in onboarding process and documentation
- Perform other HR & TA related tasks as assigned
