Ali is seeking an enthusiastic, driven Talent Acquisition Specialist for a contract role in Dallas, Texas. In this on-site position, you will source, attract, and hire top talent for the tech industry while helping shape Ali’s workforce. You’ll contribute to recruitment strategies and support company growth in a fast-paced environment that values innovation and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate skills and fit.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing through onboarding.
- Keep the applicant tracking system current with candidate interactions and statuses.
- Represent Ali at job fairs and recruitment events.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Strong networking skills and ability to build candidate relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
