Ali is looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Dallas, Texas team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top tech talent to drive our company’s growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Represent Ali at job fairs and recruitment events to promote our employer brand.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven networking skills to build strong candidate relationships.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software tools.
• Minimum of 3 years in talent acquisition or a similar recruitment role.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
