Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, located in La Libertad. The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TA) supports end-to-end recruitment operations by sourcing and screening top talent to meet business needs and workforce demands. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity in sourcing strategies, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with hiring standards.
QualificationsPrior experience in talent acquisition and candidate sourcing (desirable).Able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Have a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for connecting people with great career opportunities.Have English proficiency at B2 or higher according to The Office Gurus standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with hiring managers and cross-functional teamsExperience in the BPO or call center industry is an advantageProficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment toolsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
