Job description
The Talent Management Officer 1 plays a key role in supporting the development and execution of talent management strategies across the organization. This position performs a variety of administrative human resources tasks, assists with payroll, recruitment, and employee development, and provides essential clerical support in both routine and non-routine areas.
In addition, this role will support basic information technology functions to help ensure smooth daily operations. It is responsible for assisting with user account setup, troubleshooting minor technical issues, coordinating with IT staff for system needs, and helping maintain accurate technology-related records.
Pay $20.09 an hour
