Requirements

- 2+ years supporting semiconductor R&D or hardware engineering roles
- Experience sourcing GPU, SoC, CPU, NPU, RTL, Design Verification, Physical Design, Architecture, Performance/Power talent
- Strong expertise in Boolean search, talent mapping, and market intelligence
