We're seeking a Talent Specialist who combines sound judgment, strong communication, and exceptional attention to detail. You are comfortable managing multiple searches, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering a consistent candidate experience in a remote, digital-first environment.
About the role:Reporting to the HR & Talent Team Leader, the Talent Specialist manages full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles. This position partners with hiring managers to define hiring needs and search strategies, uses digital sourcing and selection tools, maintains accurate recruitment records, and supports virtual onboarding and talent pipeline activities.
Location:This role is based out of our office in San Pedro Sula. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Honduras.
Responsibilities:· Partner with hiring managers to confirm role requirements, success profiles, interview plans, and sourcing strategies.· Review and finalize job descriptions and postings after requisition approval, then publish opportunities through approved digital channels, associations, and job boards.· Proactively source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, social media, professional networks, databases, referrals, and other online channels.· Screen applications, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and coordinate interviews, feedback, and next steps with hiring teams.· Select, administer, and evaluate job-related assessments while maintaining consistent and effective assessment standards.· Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process and deliver a respectful, timely, and consistent candidate experience.· Complete references and background checks, and support offer recommendations, preparation, and negotiations within approved budgets and internal equity guidelines.· Maintain accurate and complete records in the applicant tracking system (ADP), including activity notes, interview documentation, assessment results, and job-related selection rationale.· Track source and campaign effectiveness, time-to-fill, close rates, advertising spend, and other agreed recruitment metrics; provide status updates and maintain digital talent pipelines.· Coordinate virtual onboarding, collect new-hire documentation, and support orientation materials and checklists.· Apply inclusive, accessible, and job-related selection practices; protect confidential information; and stay current on recruitment trends and relevant employment and privacy requirements.· Contribute to HR and Talent projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:· Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.· At least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including use of an applicant tracking system and digital sourcing channels.· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches and maintain complete, accurate recruitment records in a fast-paced environment.· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, virtual meeting tools, social media, and online recruiting platforms.· Professional written and spoken proficiency in both Spanish and English.· Ability to handle confidential information appropriately and document job-related selection decisions.· Experience with ADP Workforce Now or a comparable enterprise applicant tracking system (ATS).
