It’s how we grow, how we win, and how we build a culture where everyone can thrive.What You’ll DoThe RoleThe Team Lead is responsible for leading and coordinating daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production plans are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory and quality standards. This role provides front-line leadership, drives team performance, and plays a key role in delivering results across safety, quality, productivity, and delivery.What You’ll LeadLead shift-based manufacturing operations, ensuring safe and efficient daily production executionManage team performance through coaching, feedback, and accountability to drive resultsFacilitate Daily Direction Setting (DDS) meetings and ensure alignment on prioritiesMonitor performance metrics such as OEE, volume, and schedule attainmentPromote and enforce compliance with ISO standards, OSHA regulations, and GMP requirementsFoster a strong safety culture and actively address unsafe conditions and behaviorsSupport hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of team membersMaintain and execute a Skill Matrix to ensure team capability and flexibilityEscalate and support resolution of quality issues, including PQRS and consumer complaintsPartner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Quality, Maintenance, EHS, CI) to solve problems and drive improvementsSupport continuous improvement initiatives and standardization across operationsWhat You BringHigh School Diploma or Associate Degree required (technical or engineering background preferred)2–5 years of manufacturing experience, with prior leadership or shift lead experience preferredExperience working in regulated environments (tobacco, NGP, pharma, or consumer goods)Working knowledge of ISO standards, OSHA regulations, and GMPStrong leadership, communication, and decision-making skillsAbility to lead in a fast-paced, shift-based manufacturing environmentBilingual in English and SpanishPreferred:Experience leading teams in tobacco manufacturingLean / Continuous Improvement or 5S experienceStrong coaching and conflict resolution skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverageDollar-for-dollar 401(k) match up to 3%Company-paid holidays and 15 days of vacationEmployee recognition programs and educational assistanceWellness program, occupational clinic, and on-site cafeteriaStock savings plan and weekly payrollSummer hours and employee discount programs
