Job description
Leads the kitchen team to ensure that all stations are doing their parts.
Ensures all procedures are up to standard.
Needs to be hands on and able to help in stations that are lacking behind - including cashiering, sauncing, dispatch, frying, cutting, back up, dine-in area etc.
Handles scheduling and ensures attendance and that schedules are followed.
Trains new members of the team.
Also deals with customer complaints and works hand in hand with the admin of the company for the DTR’s of team, reports needed and in store & online complaint
