QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related course preferred.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in merchandising, field operations, retail execution, or sales support.
- With supervisory or team leadership experience handling merchandisers, promoters, or field personnel.
- Strong knowledge of planogram execution, share of shelf (SOS), OSA, inventory management, and POSM deployment.
- Ability to coach, motivate, and monitor field teams to achieve execution standards and KPIs.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret field reports and identify gaps.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and field reporting systems/mobile apps.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to do field work, store visits, and travel within assigned territories.
- Results-oriented and organized.
