Manage and resolve conflicts within the team promptly. Participate in leadership meetings to align team objectives with company strategy. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field. Proven leadership skills with excellent communication abilities. Minimum 2 years experience in team management or supervisory roles preferred. Knowledge of performance metrics and management best practices. Familiarity with project management tools and software. Compensation: ₹28,000 per month. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. Remote work is not eligible.
