Job description
Tasks
- Lead end-to-end test strategy, planning, execution, defect management, and release validation
- Validate complex business processes across BOM Management, Change Management, Workflow, Document Management, and Active Workspace (AWC)
- Drive integration testing with SAP/ERP, CAD, and other enterprise applications
- Lead onsite and offshore QA teams in an Agile environment
- Run defect triage and quality governance
- Partner with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams
Requirements
- 8-12 years in PLM Quality Engineering and Teamcenter testing
- Strong functional knowledge of Teamcenter core modules and AWC
- Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP and enterprise integration testing
- Proven Agile/Scrum delivery experience
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Experience managing offshore teams
