This contract-based freelance role offers the flexibility of remote work and a pay-per-asset model, making it perfect for professionals who are passionate about modeling and texturing in 3Ds Max and V-Ray. Key Responsibilities Create high-quality 3D models with a focus on perfect quad-based topology. Develop clean UV maps and conduct precise texturing processes. Ensure shading excellence , eliminating pinching and N-gon issues. Participate in a rigorous modeling assessment and training phase to ensure standard alignment. Collaborate with other modelers and project managers to meet production timelines. Continuously seek feedback on your models to enhance the quality of assets. Manage your workload effectively to maximize productivity and earnings based on approved models. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in 3D Modeling or a related field. Proficient in 3ds Max and V-Ray (strictly required). Strong understanding of quad-based topology and UV mapping techniques. Experience in texturing, shading, and achieving attention to detail in 3D models. Proficiency in edge flow principles is essential. Problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail are preferred. Freelance experience with a consistent work portfolio is an advantage.
