Job description
Requirements
- 10+ Years
- Experience with Agentic AI, Conversational AI, and Dialogflow AI.
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Cloud Run, Cloud Scheduler, and Secrets Manager.
- Familiarity with Google GECX Platform.
- Working knowledge of Python, FastAPI, and Flask.
- Experience with business and technical requirements gathering, documentation, and API integration testing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidates should have experience supporting AI-driven solutions, cloud-based integrations, and Customer Ops / AI Ops initiatives.
