About the Role

Nue.io is seeking a Technical Consultant to design and implement customer solutions, address complex business challenges, and deliver measurable value. This role is suited to a customer-focused technical professional with experience in software solutions, particularly billing, CRM, or ERP systems.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the technical design and implementation of Nue.io solutions for customers.
• Partner with engineering, sales, and customer teams to develop integrations and configurations.
• Provide technical guidance on Nue.io APIs, integrations, and data imports.
• Manage customer projects from kickoff through delivery, keeping business outcomes in focus.
• Collaborate with engineering on product improvements and successful project delivery.

What You’ll Bring

• Upper B2 English proficiency, written and spoken.
• Three to five years of experience with software solutions, ideally in billing, CRM, or ERP.
• Strong Salesforce, Apex, and PL/SQL experience.
• Experience working with REST APIs and integration platforms.
• Customer collaboration and project delivery skills.
