Job description
Overview of Proposed Services
The Technical Delivery Manager will work within product-focused teams to deliver end-to-end technical services and provide ongoing production support. This role is responsible for managing the delivery of technical projects, overseeing execution, leading technical teams, and ensuring projects meet business objectives on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify key business objectives and recommend technical solutions through business process and management consulting analysis.
- Manage project scope from inception to closure, including defining schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kick-off, and ensure milestone completion.
- Control project scope and mitigate risks effectively.
- Ensure project consultants adhere to configuration, development, and methodology standards.
- Optimize delivery processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide technical direction and leadership to teams.
- Lead and manage developers, engineers, and other technical professionals.
- Identify and manage risks related to technical delivery.
- Support teams in solving complex technical challenges.
Mandatory Criteria
- Minimum 3+ years experience delivering Cyber Security and assurance projects.
- Proven ability to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resolve delivery blockers.
- Significant knowledge and experience implementing Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) Essential Eight and Information Security Manual controls to achieve Maturity Level One in complex ICT environments.
