Job description
Lead technical projects and services as a Technical Delivery Manager in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. This full-time, remote-eligible role focuses on delivering end-to-end services through product-focused teams and supporting those services in production.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify business objectives, recommend solutions, and conduct business process and management consulting analysis.
- Manage project scope from inception through closure, and define implementation schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate resources, prepare teams for project kickoffs, and ensure milestones are completed on time.
- Control scope, mitigate delivery risks, and resolve issues that may block progress.
- Ensure consultants meet configuration, development, and methodology standards.
- Improve delivery processes for efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Provide technical direction and lead developers, engineers, and other technical professionals.
- Ensure technical teams follow industry best practices, standards, and methodologies.
- Provide technical expertise to help teams address complex challenges.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience delivering cybersecurity and assurance projects, including managing scope, schedules, budgets, and delivery blockers.
- Significant knowledge and experience implementing the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) Essential Eight and applicable Information Security Manual controls to achieve Maturity Level One in a complex ICT environment, and/or related experience as specified in the full role requirements.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing project delivery risks.
