Key ResponsibilitiesValidate AppStream (WorkSpaces) readiness for the Gateway System (Ticketing platform)Provide technical guidance and leadership to both offshore and onsite engineering teamsReview and validate Galaxy configurations, including troubleshooting and issue resolutionDiagnose and resolve complex issues at the intersection of infrastructure and application layersPerform final technical validation prior to Proof of Concept (POC) sign-offServe as the primary escalation point for critical technical issues
Core Skills & ExpertiseStrong background in application engineering and systems integrationHands-on experience with:Application installation and configuration in Windows environmentsTroubleshooting distributed systemsAWS fundamentals, including practical implementationEC2, AppStream (WorkSpaces) configuration and managementFile systems and networking fundamentalsFile-share dependencies (e.g., FSx, SMB-based access models)Application launchers and configuration file managementProven ability to analyze and debug interactions between applications and underlying infrastructure
