Job description
Tasks
- Own end-to-end program execution for #Conversational #AI and #Generative #AI initiatives, driving programs from ideation and solution definition through development, testing, launch, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Translate product roadmaps and business priorities into executable program plans, defining milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and critical paths.
- Partner with #ProductOwners, Engineering, Architecture, Data/AI, #CRM, and business stakeholders to align scope, requirements, technical solutions, priorities, and delivery timelines.
- Drive product and technical milestones, ensuring teams remain aligned on commitments, dependencies, decisions, and delivery outcomes.
- Coordinate execution of Generative AI and Large Language Model (#LLM) capabilities, including pilots and production solutions supporting conversational and guest/customer experiences.
