About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team supporting a global manufacturing enterprise with operations across the US, Europe, and India. This full-time role requires 5–8 years of project management experience and the ability to work remotely within the United States. You must be authorized to work in the U.S. permanently without sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership teams across operations, finance, supply chain, and IT to develop unified project plans.
• Translate complex technical requirements between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Manage expectations and timelines, asking critical questions to validate engineering estimates.
• Engage regularly with VPs and functional heads, confidently presenting project status and plans.
• Navigate legacy ERP systems and manufacturing plant operations with strong institutional knowledge.
• Identify and validate business assumptions to ensure project success.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8 years of proven experience managing technical projects in manufacturing or related industries.
• Strong communication skills to bridge business and technical teams effectively.
• Comfortable working in senior-exposure environments and handling diverse stakeholder priorities.
• Ability to work remotely within the United States and travel to client sites as needed.
• U.S. work authorization required without sponsorship.
