About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team supporting a global manufacturing enterprise with operations across the US, Europe, and India. This is a senior-exposure role where you will regularly engage with VPs and functional heads across operations, finance, supply chain, and IT.

You will be the critical bridge between diverse leadership teams and engineering, translating complex technical details into actionable plans everyone agrees on. Your ability to ask the right questions and validate project timelines will be essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate alignment among leadership teams with differing priorities and past technology project challenges.
• Translate business needs into clear, achievable engineering plans.
• Engage regularly with senior executives, often being the most junior person in the room and maintaining confidence.
• Validate technical estimates by asking targeted questions to ensure realistic delivery timelines.
• Navigate legacy ERP systems and manufacturing plant operations that run continuously.
• Identify and validate institutional knowledge and opinions to inform project decisions.

Ideal Candidate

• 5–8 years of project management experience in technical environments.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively between business and engineering teams.
• Comfortable working with senior leadership and managing complex stakeholder expectations.
• Experience with global manufacturing or similar industries is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to hold project deadlines.
