Technical Project Manager

On behalf of Huawei, we are looking for a Project Delivery Manager to join our office in Nicaragua.
Position responsibilities
Monitor and follow up on the overall delivery status of multiple ICT projects in Nicaragua simultaneously.Provide presales support by analyzing project scope and reviewing project deliverables.Track billing and collection status, analyze revenue and billing gaps, and collaborate with customers, partners, and Account Managers to ensure timely billing and payment collection.Participate in regular customer project meetings, gather customer requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure customer requests are addressed in a timely manner.Coordinate cross-functional resources and assign appropriate teams to support project delivery.Provide technical guidance and project management support to engineering team members.Organize and lead weekly project review meetings to monitor progress, identify key risks, and drive timely risk mitigation.Take ownership of project delivery success, maintenance activities, and overall customer satisfaction.Serve as the end-to-end Project Manager for key strategic projects, overseeing the entire project lifecycle, including planning, cost control, procurement, resource allocation, risk management, quality, schedule, and stakeholder management.
Technical Requirements
Strong English proficiency for daily business use.Minimum of 5 years of experience in the ICT industry.Familiarity with project management methodologies and organizational KPI management. Experience in organizational management or large-scale ICT project management is preferred.Strong knowledge of ICT technologies, including IP, DWDM, MW, FTTx, Core Network, Storage, and Cloud.HCIP, HCIE, CCIP, or CCIE certifications are mandatory. PMP certification is preferred.Experience in ICT project delivery, including technologies such as switches, routers, firewalls, NMS, SD-WAN, and other enterprise networking solutions.Proven ability to support and guide 10+ engineers simultaneously in solution design (HLD/LLD), project execution, schedule management, and risk management.
