The role is described as hybrid, with three days onsite each week. The posting lists Oaks, Oklahoma, while the role details specify Oaks, Pennsylvania; confirm the work location with the employer.

About the role

Lead the end-to-end delivery of an ECM de-duplication initiative that consolidates Documentum, Alfresco, and Mobius into one scalable platform. Partner with architects, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and delivery partners to deliver on schedule and budget while maintaining quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation across the program lifecycle.
  • Coordinate platform foundation, integration remediation, migration, testing and compliance, and cutover workstreams.
  • Track sprint deliverables, delivery metrics, dependencies, timelines, risks, and escalations; enforce phase strategies and gate criteria.
  • Oversee quality gates and governance checkpoints to support enterprise architecture, security, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage bulk and incremental ETL migration, validation, reconciliation, parallel runs, and cutover; support testing strategy and UAT execution.
  • Lead monthly reviews, weekly checkpoints, and daily stand-ups; manage change control, scope, and SOW amendments.
  • Work with developers to resolve technical roadblocks that affect program delivery.

Qualifications

  • 10–12 years of program or project management experience, preferably in large-scale transformation or platform consolidation.
  • Experience coordinating complex technical delivery across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong skills in project planning, risk and dependency management, governance, and delivery reporting.
  • Experience with enterprise content management, data migration, testing, or platform decommissioning is relevant to this role.

Work arrangement

Hybrid; three days onsite per week. The source posting contains conflicting state locations, so candidates should confirm the worksite before applying.
