Technical Support Engineer

Technical support engineer for Customer Success Team. A kickstart position for those who want to expand both technical and customer service knowledge/ hand-on experience. Fresher/ juniors are also welcome.

Job Descriptions
🔸 Regularly check Data center products to make sure performance, utilization, licensing, end-of-life, firmware of customer’s IT products are always in top shape.
🔸 Creating reports, meeting with customers regularly for proactive support
🔸 Working together with internal tech teams to achieve the customer requirements

Qualifications
🔸 Knowledge of enterprise networking, routing and switching (or) Virtualization (or) Firewall/security is needed
🔸 Having CCNA certification is a plus
🔸 Must be quick learner to adapt to new technologies
🔸 Good communication skills with customers.
🔸 Hands-on experience in customer services is also a plus
🔸 Proficient in Microsoft office suite
