Job description
We are hiring a full-time Industrial Technical Support Specialist – Lubrication Systems in Guatemala City, Guatemala. In this on-site role, you will inspect and support centralized lubrication systems and industrial equipment, helping clients improve system efficiency and performance while supporting strategic sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and technically assess centralized lubrication systems and operating machinery.
- Collect data on equipment where products are used.
- Perform lubrication tasks as needed and calculate consumption at lubrication points.
- Manage equipment and lubricant inventory.
- Review product concentrations and recommend additions to maintain optimal levels.
- Prepare customer visit reports, document expenses, and report on scheduled activities.
- Build strong client relationships and document benefits achieved.
- Plan technical activities, including equipment tests and client visits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Experience with lubrication systems or technical inspections; 1–3 years of similar experience is indicated in the posting.
- Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in customer relations and inventory management.
- Familiarity with technical reporting and strategic planning.
- Lubrication systems certifications and proficiency with relevant software are preferred.
