Confidential is seeking a Technical Training Specialist with experience delivering technology training and developing learning materials.
Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led, hands-on technology training.
- Train users on proprietary and advanced commercial applications.
- Create quick reference cards (QRCs), quick reference guides (QRGs), user guides and web-based training.
- Develop training videos and interactive learning modules.
- Manage multiple training projects and deadlines.
- Provide user support, troubleshooting and customer service.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a technology trainer.
- Strong instructional design and adult learning principles.
- 3+ years of technical documentation experience preferred.
- Strong presentation, communication and organizational skills.
