Technical Training Specialist

7+ years of experience as a Technology Trainer
Experience delivering instructor-led, hands-on technology training
Experience training users on proprietary and advanced commercial applications
Strong Instructional Design and adult learning principles
3+ years of technical documentation experience preferred
Experience creating Quick Reference Cards (QRCs), Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), user guides and web-based training
Experience developing training videos and interactive learning modules
Strong presentation, communication and organizational skills
Experience managing multiple training projects and deadlines
Strong user support, troubleshooting and customer-service skills
