About the role

As Tech Alliance Partner Manager, you will grow Lambda's technology partner ecosystem so customers can do more on Lambda and more teams choose to build here. You will forge partnerships across the platforms, tools, and applications AI teams rely on, turning them into a durable engine of growth. This is a senior role with end-to-end ownership, and you will define the strategy, programs, and partnerships in close partnership with engineering, product, legal, sales, and other teams.
You will combine strategy, dealmaking, and building. You will identify where a partner's technology and Lambda's cloud create value for shared customers, secure internal and external buy-in, and turn agreements into repeatable channels through programs and operations. The role calls for credibility with partner engineers and executives, quick learning in new domains, evidence-based reasoning, and comfort with commercial negotiations and architecture reviews.
