🚨 WE’RE HIRING | TECHNOLOGY TRAINING SPECIALIST / HOUSECALL PRO SPECIALIST 🚨We are looking for a Technology Training Specialist to become the internal expert and primary trainer for Housecall Pro within a growing franchise organization serving multiple locations across North America.🌎 Location: Fully Remote, candidates from any country💼 Employment: Full-Time🕐 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Pacific Time🗣️ English: Advanced/Fluent C1-C2Key Responsibilities✅ Deliver one-on-one and group software training✅ Become the subject matter expert for Housecall Pro✅ Create SOPs, user guides, knowledge base articles, and training materials✅ Record evergreen video training content✅ Support software onboarding and adoption across multiple franchise locations✅ Train users on new features, workflows, and best practices✅ Assist with technology rollouts, reporting, and data consistencyRequirements✔️ 2-3+ years of experience in Software Training, Customer Success, Client Education, SaaS Onboarding, Implementation, or Technical Support with a strong training component✔️ Experience facilitating both individual and group training sessions✔️ Experience creating SOPs, user guides, or educational materials✔️ Strong presentation and customer-facing skills✔️ Ability to explain technology to non-technical users✔️ Advanced or fluent English, C1-C2✔️ Ability to work independently in a remote environmentHighly Preferred⭐ Previous experience with Housecall Pro⭐ Experience with field service management software or CRM platforms⭐ Experience creating video-based training content⭐ Background supporting franchise or multi-location businesses📲 If you meet the requirements,.
